I have a JS menu with dropdown submenus that is working out perfectly. Here:
http://www.usc.uwo.ca/council/fomsc/newsite/

I would like to know one thing, though...
Is it possible - and if so, how - to have the menuheader (ie. "The Council") have it's own link.

In other words, clicking on the menu header would have two functions:
1 - drop down the submenu, and
2 - load a new page in the inline frame (to the right).

Secondarily, is there a command to allow only one of the "submenus" open at once? I know windows uses this feature, but that's hardly online publishing.
Example: Menu A is expanded. The Menu B header is expanded, expanding Menu B and collapsing Menu A.

I may be asking a lot, but any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks for the suggestion, but it doesn't work. It was the first thing I tried.
