Each server generates a specific address for it. It's called the root address. You can access your site using your root address. but you can do it on your computer only.
For using your server from someone else computers..the main thing is a network between your computer and his computer..something like a Lan..Wan..or internet..if you have a network..then you need to know your IP address..you can find it very easily..by going to DOS and typing [i]Netstat -a[i]..and when you know your IP addres you can access it very easily from othe computer linked to your computer.
You need to have something like..a.com..or .org to access your site from internet..because everyone can not have a network with your computer.
