does anyone know of a way to show a form in a browser that can be filled in, online, and submitted complete?

By that I mean not just the data filled in, but the complete form plus the on-line data.

I've looked at Adobe "Live Cycle" and fillable pdf forms. Live Cycle is too involved (requires immense investment) and fillable forms only submits data. The complete forms are required.

Any suggestions?

I finally discovered Adobe Acrobat Pro v.7 Designer can do what I need.
