Hi,
Wasn't sure which forum, so sorry if it's in the wrong one!
I want to create a message - simple text is fine, so that when a user from abroad, in my case a user from France, visits my website, they see a message asking if they are French/speak French and so want to view the website in french - attached is an example image.
How I get this message to show is what I'm having an issue with.
