if a have some ideas (lets say for next generation browsers ) where can i sell them?
i tried to contact microsoft (for ie ) or thoose from safari ... but i didn`t find any forms or e-mails

Why not contact the Mozilla development team? Anyone can participate in development of Firefox and other Moz products...

I would also contact Mozilla as they seem to be a little bit more open minded as the two giants MS and Apple seem to care less about feedback in a lot of cases. Also, you need to actually contact the right people, hopefully your doing that and not just sending in emails from a hotmail account to them as I'm pretty sure their scrapped instantly

imagine a windows desktop ....
down you have opened pages small pictures witch autohide (like you have at mac/apple i dont know what os is that) , when you click a image will appear a window with the website ... this desciption is not very good but ... can give a ideea

Find a developer to build it, launch your product + market the hell out of it - then sell it to the highest bidder.

Money makes money. So spend some money and start some good advertising campaigns like google’s adwords, yahoo ads, adbrite etc. These ads will give your website immediate exposure.
