I need a secure credit application form with my SQL connection. The way that I want it to be set up is : The customer would fill out the form and then press submit. Then I want the form to be backed up in my SQL and then forward to the car dealership email address. This one dealership owns about 5 other so I want the form to be directed based on the zip code to the closest dealer ship to there zip code.
