I am looking to convert clipart into ripscript images...I know there's already a tool for such but it's not updated to today's standards. I was thinking about trying to make a converter that is updated to today's standards. What would you guys recommend me using to code it, which language?

Here's what ripscript is: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RIPscript
Here's what wmf is: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_Metafile

Note: when using an older version of the converter tool, I am getting an error which I believe is based on the height of the wmf file. "y" coordinate. No need to post the exact error cause I have some idea what it is, I just need to know what language would be worth while to do such a tool.

I uploaded the tool, for anyone who thinks they might be able to do a better job then me at coding it...

Thanks
