ajax anchor links can be indexed by search engines?

hi web masters!

i'm not sure if this is the right place for my post...just bear with me admin..

anywayz, i found this tutorial regarding how to create website anchor with ajax here is the link ( http://yensdesign.com/2008/11/creati...or-navigation/ )

now my question , is this kind of url with ajax can still be indexed by search engines?

It is not indexable in some cases but it is indexable in this case I guess. since each link has its own unique url which can be accessed directly through it

view the page source, if you can see href="url" in the links, so can the search engines.
