hover border

i saw in this site http://www.kristinkreuk.cc/kknet/gal...e_promos.shtml this cool hover thing. when i hover over the image it gets a blue border around it. Can i make this with CSS alone? im too lazy to try maybe some of you have tried this before?

u have to say border : 0

if u dont specify it.. u will get the default blue border..

Will this effect work if i use img:hover{} ? so whenever the mouse is on top of it it creates the border around it.?

yes... specify a css class for the hover and then add the border value and color to it..

tat should do the trick.
