I'm looking to create a custom based bingo platform prototype for online bingo, however, I'm mainly taking on this project as a baseline for learning and developing actionscript 3.0 coding techniques, etc. Before I get off to a start I just want to be sure that I can program a fully function bingo platfrom in ActionScript 3.0 or do I need to be using a completely different language altogether? Also, I can program PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, html templates, etc should this be enough to get me off to a start?
