netscape help on multiple web sites. HELP!

anyone!! could someone please offer some advice to my netscape problems on many of my sites?
especially davidsmithco.com and orderapplianceparts.com.
the main tables stretch off the screen to the right and everything's out of whack. i've been told to merely remove the 100% table width. this did nothing.
is it a specific code line that repairs the whole thing or is it numerous meticulously placed fixes?
any advice would be greatly appreciated.
as you can tell i'm not much of an html coder.

place the code on here and well analyse it - just post the html from one page eg. index.html

Second table, second row, first (only) cell: the width is 200%, colspan=2. Could it be that NS is taking you at your word while IE thinks it knows better than you do? BTW, with colspan being 2, isn't width unnecessary? If it takes up both columns of a two column table, it's width should automatically be the width of the table. Or am I missing something (possible)?

this is the main section code for davidsmithco.com. if you go to the site in netscape you'll see the whole page is off the screen to the right. i've just figured out that making table widths fixed pixels instead of % seems to repair the problem. is that it?
then there's the issue of making layers stay placed where you want them when you resize the window to similate 800X600, etc. HOLY ^&*#! will it ever stop. thanks for the advice and replies! i'm going to html school asap...
