It may be knew for some of you, but I was looking for a grouped upload tool.
I was looking for flash, java, and php, and I've found this:

It uses mootools to replace an "field" element of a upload form with a flash control.
It allow to define an upload list, and to send them in 1 click to a php file (the "action" of the form).
Really handy, works perfectly, and simple to implement.
