Hey guys, I'm a bit bummed out because I wanted to add a few hover ads to my website, but I'm not at all familiar with the coding involved. I know there are softwares that you can use but with that there will always be limitations. Any suggestions? Thanks

What type of limitations are you talking about? Coding from scratch is always more fun, and there's no better way to get familiar with coding than by jumping in and doing it. If you want, you can look through other's code, and make changes to it. Then you will learn it, and have what you want, too. If you have any questions along the way, feel free to ask them.
