I want a code to block flash on my site or ads of the specific sites,
Could you give me a code?

It's easy enough to block flash on YOUR site.

Simply don't put any on there.

to block ads on specific sites just download some ad blocking software for whatever browser you are using.

Other than that you need to be more specific in your questions.

i don't put flash, i put iframe which have a flash banner, and i want nobody to see those banner, not only from my computer, could you help me?

If the page in the iframe isn't within your control you can't do anything about it other than...

Don't have that page in the iframe.
