Can someone make an easy script for me

This may be hard to understand/ maybe its not possible to make, but doesnt hurt to ask. I checked hotscripts.com couldn't find anything.
What I want is a script that...
Can submit a Post for me on a Forum every 30seconds,
Like in the code it self I will type the Subject line out and Message and than just have it submit that right onto the forums

Like I need to put this code into a page on my site, and have it still submit the Post to the forums without me having to hit Submit. Sorry if this is hard to explain, I dont really know how to explain this... I perfere it be in PHP or Java/Script, but doesnt really matter to much.

just kidding ya.

i dont know, i think a JS script can be made where we have a time variable and everytime it hits 0 it resets and hits submit for you, but one question. why would you want that?

We'll I was going to use the script to spam a forum, for a joke. Don't worry it isn't this board. Forget about this, hell just delete this thread, I don't even care about it any more
