Interesting that you make the link to their site live. Also, hotlinking isn't the only way to steal a website -- if it can be viewed, it can be stolen.
Yeah that's pretty ridiculous. I've seen this happen before and the thieves seem to always stick to the lie that they were the original creators, that is if they respond at all. Hope you are able to solve this problem.
Interesting point Tribute. I remember somewhere seeing a site that keeps an archive of sites that may help in such an argument, but don't remember its name and doubt it'd help much if one could prove it was stolen anyway as you'd probably have to take them to court if their host wouldn't shut them down.
