Hi All,

I am a lousy webmaster but always have dreams, my new idea is popupeater.com. I plan to buy and sale traffic and use the domain name. http://recommendasite.com/pe.htm

Since popups are so not welcome to surfers, I like to start a promotion company, we pay per impression and put a 486x60 banner on our publishers sites.

The banner has two parts, top ad will be like this" PopupEater! http://visit us" , next ad like this" Our sponsor: CasinoHalf.com-get your a** over and win big!"

I know nothing about what takes to make a site that could fully function for the above concept, I need afordable design help, or information about what kind programs I will need etc.

Cool, I am one of them party animals.

What I want to do is to buy traffic by putting my banner on publisher sites and pay them according to their traffic. Also sale ad space on my banner to advertisers for higher price.

There are Java scripts that will allow you to control the banners that are shown on another person's site.

The webmaster of the site adds a snippet of code to their site, and you manage the code for what banner (or info) goes there.

Is that what you're looking for?

The thing about that is the agreement between you and the webmaster. Like how much to place the code for the banners, what type of banners you will show, placement, etc.

But I am clear as mud now, I don't know no java and the kind, I just want publisher can pick a banner from my site to put on their site and let me know how much I owe them once a month. And to advertisers I need to take their ad orders and put them out.

Would this kind business can be handled by a lousy webmaster like me?

If it's hard, please tell me so I don't need to waste time.
