I'm looking for a script which will be basically a directory where I can upload a csv file containing a load of businesses, addresses etc.. where people can add reviews.

Can anyone suggest something?

Do you mean like a web directory, full of links? What versions of PHP and MySQL do you have on your server?

I'm not too sure on mysql and php but I've never had any issue with installs before.

Its not a links directory, rather a business directory, so no urls for the businesses.
