[WTB] Banner Advertising at $2.00 CPM + Bonus

Hello All:

We are looking to buy 468 x 60 and 125 x 125 banner placements on your site for our high traffic directory, SelectIndex!

We are paying $2.00 CPM PLUS $.25 for every conversion (i.e. person buying a link).

We use OpenAds so we will be serving the ads and you will have constant access to all reporting.

Rules:

Your ad placements have to be above the fold.
We can cancel our relationship at any point if the ads are not working on your site (we of course will pay you for what has been served).
We pay once per week (no one pays this often).

Post here if you have a placement that will work.
