Valuable ezine ad space

I run a very short, daily personal growth ezine with just two ads per edition.

Very short, so people actually read it.
Daily, so people expect it and plan to read it every day.
Just two ads, so they get noticed and read.

I have 11,000 subscribers and I am selling the top spot for $16, or a run of 5 for $60.

The bottom spot sells for $8, or $60 for a ten-pack.

also, how long is the ad good for, just one edition, so one $8 ad would be for one edition? is it text or banner, and if banner what size?

Sorry about the URL. It is fixed now. Yes, that is the price for a single edition, or for a run of five or ten as the case may be.
