Can you please tell me Which is the best Email Notifier web site, to enable my readers to get an email notification about new posts?
Essentially I am looking for a site that can accept the RSS/ATOM feed and send out emails to all registered users. However, it should also let me atleast view the list of registered users if not administer them.
