I have a problem with my blog.. I don't know how to manage it properly coz i'm new to this industry... heres my blog http://mischievoushoney08.wordpress.com/ please check it out and give me some feedback. I wan't my welcome message to be the default if you will visit it, but i don't know how to do it, and i can't find where to manage it...

You will probably have to hard code it somewhere in the template. I've never used wordpress so i wouldnt know where it should go in the template.

You cant. WordPress.com (as in the free-hosted WP) doesn't allow you to edit certain functions, sticky posts and templates being just a couple of things you can't change.

If you have your own hosting and install wordpress on your own server, there are plugins you can download to either 1) replace your front page with a single post, or 2) select a "sticky" post that will always remain at the top.

Hello: what kind of help, exactly, do you need? Have you visited the WordPress Support forums? There's a ton of information there and everyone's very helpful.

I have been using WP for both personal use and, as a college instructor, for collaboration with my students. I've also installed it for my client company and am in the process of customizing two different installations for their vblogging (WordPress 2.0) and multiple bloggers (WP Multi-User). So, I suppose you could say I'm experienced with the application and love it - moved out of other blogging services to WP.

You need to upgrade.

Anyway, just a few change and you`ll gonna make your site ahead from the others due to the topic your promoting. It is very fashionable and worth items to deal with.

So hurry! have to make it more meaningful for a time to have a good market.

Oh, for crying out loud -- if you don't understand BLOGS and how they're set-up, then start learning BASIC HTML & CSS 101 ... you're looking for an easy way to do things here -- get off your lazy butt and LEARN HOW TO DO THINGS ON YOUR OWN!!!
