There are plug-ins for WordPress that work really well...)

Write your blog in WordPress and use the SweetCaptcha plugin. Spam will be yesterday's problem!

i don't think no follow will stop spammers.....would you refuse to get the no follow link from Wikipedia’s home page?!!!....lol no….so all no follow as well as do follow links from your niche and valuable pages are important and helps SERP….


So to stop spammer no follow tag is not enough…use plug-in as well us filter by yourself….another way you can reduce spammers by closing commenting options after certain days (say 1 month for an article)…..but whatever you do you have to use plug-in….

And that is another way to deter genuine readers who wish to get involved. Some bloggers seem to make it a rule that if you haven't discovered them quickly, then you aren't worth having as a reader.

but some bloggers do that....after certain period of time (say 15 days) comments are closed....that also reduces your spam i guess....
but anyway that was really funny...."you aren't worth having as a reader"....lol...
