Ok! So!

You had a blog that was hosted on a server that didn't exist (ficticious), but you haven't paid for the hosting and the domain name so it definitely doesn't exist any more. BUT you want to get a RSS feed from it.

Does that sound about right? OR am I missing something?

If the blog is gone, then the RSS feed (which is a part of the blog) is gone. Your only hope is that something else like http://www.archive.org/index.php backed it up for you since you don't have a backup or if you're really lucky, the original host may have a backup (for a fee, I'm sure).

"Fictitious host computer" is a really funny term. Almost like the host never existed except in a work of fiction.

If you blog has only just lapsed, you hosting company probably still keeps a copy for
a while, so try asking them. If you pay for the virtual host (the term you want, not fictitious) and domain again, to get online then you can download the RSS straight aways. If the blog has been offline for a while, its probably been deleted.
