Blogger or Wordpress

I used to have blogspot as the platform for my blogs but personally I like Wordpress very much. Just wanted to know which one is commonly used by people here in the forum.

Blogger bites. The overwhelming majority of people who own my software use WP for it's extensive plugins, open source, and high SEO.

blogspot is pretty easy to use..but what i like about wordpress is the add-ons and other tools.. pretty handy for more experienced blogger..

It really depends what website you are making.
Wordpress with all in one SEO plugin with a site map plug in with plus tags with pings make it better from an SEO perspective.
WordPress is amazing, you can do so much with such simplicity!

You need to have your own domain and use wordpress. Why promote anybody else's domain? All the successful bloggers say this is a must.

The same WP. I like many thing in WP which are not present in WP.

But one thing which i really hate about WP is the in some blogs when i post comment then they start acting weird. I dont know the problem is with blog or theme or plugins in them.

Wordpress, definately. Blogger is too limited for SEO and plugins.

i like wordpress as its easy to use and also optimize,
i dont like blogger cause sometimes your blog gets deleted,
didnt try it on my personal blog as wordpress is much more trustable

word press is more easy and advance. blogger is not customizable. so i personally prefer wordpress.

I use blogger very simply. But most business men/women uses wordpress. But I still prepare blogger cause its Google.

Hi,

Wordpress is self hosted blog and we can modify upon the requirement while on blogspot there is some limitations..Also you can get the help and in built functional hacks ready for the wordpress as wordpress is an open source CMS.

I personally likes wordpress.
