I don't know that you can simply transfer it, but the workarounds mentioned above my post will help you with that. The search engines will (obviously) see these as different sites, and neither of them will make your blogger blog stop existing. I'd go in and remove (set to draft, for speed) all the posts that are there today, to avoid the duplicate content filter, and replace them with a post saying you've moved, and offering a link to your new domain. This will help get you spidered quickly.
