I'm new to blogging and I've definitely made a few mistakes... so I'm curious, what is the worst mistake you have made? How did you fix it?

What's the most important thing you know now that you didn't know when you started? - What would you do over?

Changed my blog to a forum then back. Really stupid thing to do.

Changed my forum from phpbb to SMF back to phpbb then to vbulliten and then back to smf and finally to phpbb

ya, bad idea...

he he - forgetting to run the CMS's spell checker and posting an article with lots of spelling mistakes. Never write when you're half asleep!

Advertise my blog since it is not yet finished ( no metas but i have 3 posting)

invested too much money into a website when I clearly didn't know what I was doing.

I have since removed the plugin and the spammy comments, but now each day i check my blog i am greeted by 150+ spam comments in my que...
