So far I paid tech writers to write the articles (some of them I wrote myself). I don't have yet a revenue sharing because I don't have a revenue from my blog ...I'm trying to increase the number of the visitors first.
@ mg1313 - If you don't mind, how much do you charge your tech writer?
I'm NOT charging them, I'm PAYING them to post reviews. It depends on the review, of course...how difficult is...usually it goes between $15-25$/review (and look here the requirements: www.mytestbox.com/send-your-reviews ).

I own the blog, deisgn them, SEO them. Then once they are set up, I hire someone to write on that blog, so essentially it is their blog, the more income the blog brings in the more they earn. It gives them an incentive to write good content, and promote the blog.
@ mg1313 - I see - Do your writers have their own 'resource box'? btw, good lists of requirements.
What do you mean by resource box? Their own computer or hosting account?
They have to have their resources...or sometimes when a company asks us to review their software they are providing with a hosting environment.
In our country blogs are everywhere. You give one project for optimization then you can have tons of blog for your website being created weekly and posted too. There are also option of buying it online, bidding to some freelance websites. A lot options to choose from.

I pay a fee per month. It comes with conditions such as having to right a certain amount of posts in the month.
New bloggers usually start with a small fee, but if the quality is good and they work hard they can earn good monthly fees. And they do not have to pay for hosting and domain so it is all profit.
Due to my busy schedule it is near impossible for me to right for all my blogs, I have so much web design contracts. SEO work, Teaching, Studying and running my blogs that finding time to do them all myself was not an option, that is why I pay others.
It's something like 'about the author' part with some links leading to the author's own site/blog.
@davidshaw - good info! pay per month with a minimum number of post per month - I like the idea
@homemom3 - you gotta teach us how to write to various blogs and blog networks without losing focus (my problem in blogging is focus, so I really consider using a team of blog writers )
@noobpreneur
I am currently reviewing the system to make things easier to manage. I also need to get some more writers for some blogs that are upcoming.
My move towards a 50/50 revenue share on the blogs.
