@davidshaw - does 50/50 revenue sharing creates 'envy' between the writers on your blog? I mean, if a writer wrote 5 posts and the other wrote 10 posts, how would you distribute the revenue among those 2?
It's something like 'about the author' part with some links leading to the author's own site/blog.
Yes, I do provide that to the authors...BUT...if they are paid then no links go to their websites (or mentioned) but I still say something about them. If they are not paid then a link go to their website (beside telling something about them).
Now I have Pagerank of 3...I guess after Techcrunch posted a part of an article of mine http://www.techcrunch.com/2008/05/23...t-from-russia/ (a link to my website is also posted) the Pagerank will go up a bit in the next update - I hope).
So the link to their websites will be valued more (so far all the authors were paid...now it seems some authors wants to post reviews just for getting the link back...which I'll give to them if they write a good review.
Yup at DP you can find a lot of writer and the cheap price. I'm write my blog by myself since i want to improve my writing skill and gain some knowledge also
@mg1313 - thanks for the explanation - Do you hire both or just paid writers?
Both...paid or un-paid...but even if they are un-paid I still demand quality (because if they are un-paid then they'll get a link to their website and a short description of them).

Well, I found only 1 person here at DP to write on my blog...although I tried to find more...I guess people want to write short articles and cash fast. Not long ones...
I;m a newbie and trying my wit with blogging. I guess it would be better to work on your own as the money=making comes directing in your pocket. Just a newbie's suggestion hope you dont mind.
@noobpreneur
I only use one blogger per blog. It is basically their blog, but I own it. If that makes sense, so it is not a multi-author blog. That is what make the revenue share so much higher.
They have the advantage on working on a blog that can get top ratings and many links in very quickly as I have a network of blogs that can all help each other out.
I also have some big friends online that can draw some big traffic to my blogs. So it gives people a good place to start out in blogging, and make themselves known.
