The arrangement of my post is reverse, my newest post is located in the bottom, and the old post is located in the top.

I want my newest post is always located in the top, how I can fix it?

it seems to me that it is fixed or it is just the date that is not correct? January 13 and April 12. Am I missing something?

Looks fine to me as well. Your newest post is on top.

Look in your dashboard. under Options > Reading
