MyBlogLog is giving me very little traffic (one two visitors per week), Blogorama and BlogCatalog is zero. Bloggeries forum is good source of traffic, also PostOnFire.

I've had pretty good luck with MyBlogLog. I've received decent traffic from there, and have even made a few friends as a result of that directory.

Blog directories are definitely worth submitting to. But I would also suggest submitting to free seo-friendly directories. There are squillions of these out there now, and they are very easy to find. Most of them now seem to have a category for blogs, and comprehensive sub-categories also.
I have been submitting my main blog to quite a few of these lately, and it does seem to improve my search engine rankings. |
