I was wondering, my blog receive a decent amount of traffic (60 to 120 uniques a day) considering that it's not updated more than once a week and it's not a niche blog.

Now, the thing I was wondering about. I would like to sell text links (I already use TLA but I'm not sure I will keep it) and I don't really know how much to ask. I was thinking around $5 - $8 dollars a month and I would like to know if it's a reasonable price.

It's currently PR2 (was PR4 before the last update) and receive more than 2000 unique visits per month according to my stats.

Any input will be appreciated. Thanks.

$5/month seems a reasonable price. Go sell!

I think that if you postmore often, maybe 3 times a week, it will add value to the blog.

Wow, can you tell us how you got into text link ads with that low visitor count? I'm getting about 10,000 a month and they rejected me

I had more visits and a higher PR when I signed up.

I don't know where all that traffic has gone, but I miss it...

getting into TLA takes more then just good traffic. They want a min pr4 blog.
Also when people buy links they look for two things:
traffic
pr
or both.

Since you have decent traffic but not so good pr I don't think many would pay for more then $2 per month, sorry but thats the fact, when there are guys selling pr4 links for $3 dollars then its kind of difficult to sell pr2 at that price.

As I stated before, I had PR4 and 3500+ uniques per month when I signed with TLA.

Why don't you try selling them on an auction on Ebay. That way you don't have to price them. I just sold a text link that way.

cuz ebay asks for like 2 bucks a listing. it would have to be prepaid for several months to make it worthwhile. i like not capitalizing my first letter in a sentence. yeah, works for me.
lol, anyways, if you can get them prepaid, there's your eBay sale made back. if you want to monetize, you're probably best posting at performancing.com/exchange and explain the situation. you'll hire a blogger and split the money. you do the tech+business, they do the content. and you can hire out the seo .
