I want to offer free blog hosting for people, but I don't know which blog script is the best for me to start a free hosting blog. Anyone know?

Free script or paid script please let me know, I would be appreciated if you could help.

Wordpress would be the best bet, it's one of the most common.

Check out WordPress MU.
It's a free script that allows multiple users to create their own WP blog.

No, I don't mean that. I want to have a free blog hosting script that I can create a free blog hosting and I want to offer free blog to other people like wordpress, blogger...ect.

WPMU is, by far, the BEST free open source script out there. It can run a site almost exactly like Wordpress.com. In fact, it IS the same code shell running Wordpress.com!
