Click the "generate" tab. Walk through the steps. These people took Adam's idea and ran with it. This lets bloggers declare explicitly what is their policy on blogging, advertising, and such. It's more in depth than you would think. If my blog wasn't dead, I'd be posting one that says my membership and activity in the Democratic Party will most assuredly influence the content of my blog.
