I signed up for feedburner to see how many subscribers I have on my blogs...

Its been over a week now and FeedBurner shows "0" subscribers. I know for fact that it is not true. I know of many subscribers myself and get over couple thousand visitors a month....

So is there something that i should have installed from FeedBurner that I missed? or what is the problem

Are you using Feedburner as your only feed?

How many visits do you get to your feed pages?

That should give you an idea of what's going on.

I dont know what you are talking about? Am I supposed to change my websites feed URL to a feedburner URL?

Sort of. If you want to track subscribers to your Feedburner feed, you'll have to give them that feed to subscribe to.

it wont track anyone unless they are subscribed to the feedburner feed.

You could also redirect the people using your old feed to the feedburner feed. That way your tracking stats will show everyone regardless what feed url they are using.

(if you are using blogger they have an option to do this in the feed options)

I don't think this explains the problem you're having but today FB subscriber stats have been down something like 50%. It seems some readers are not reporting correctly.

I experience something like an error of FB too. I can't ping my blog whenever I put the feed URL on it..
