The success is my page impressions. I have figured out a way to gain traffic without paying for it, unless you consider the 10-15 hours a day of work to get it.
From my trial and error, I was able to improve my earnings, from zero to around $220.00 a month. But the curve was weird, in that one day, I went from $10.00 total for 6-9 months of work using adsense, and in one day with a new website keyword or key phrase, was able to get $10.00 a day. Then I improved to $20.00 a day, but could not sustain it, which is how I came to the $220.00 a month. This was before I started into my next website with a new subject and a new keyword. Now I can get around 11,000 page impressions on a sunday, combined.
I still will be approaching the $220.00 per month, but maybe will go to $250.00
While I am not an expert, I have done consistently better each month.
Ok, now for some specifics:
my website with the highest traffic is thexfactor.com and during the week, my heaviest traffic is the days the show is on TV in the UK. I have 90% of my traffic coming from the UK, and most of my traffic is coming from google. most of the websites in the same category of reality TV will not link with me, even though I have shown a good gesture in putting their link first. I have also written reviews of each of them. Can someone who is reading this, please help me reach the next pinnacle of $1000.00 a month or more? It does not seem right to have 11,000 page impressions or 5,000 unique visitors and make around $10-$20 a day.
