Starting your first website can be a stressful, overwhelming task. Most people that have never started a site wonder how they’re going to turn their internet idea from concept, to a useful internet source. SiteStartups.com was founded to help these people in their quest for success. Ever since the dotcom boom of the late 90’s the internet has proven itself to be an invaluable way to share information, market products, and communicate with the world. But without all the know-how your site will fall into the 90% of websites that fail. SiteStartups.com helps those who need the general knowledge that is required to succeed. With the right idea, knowledge, and determination anyone can succeed on the internet!

The information comes in handy. But you should live it up a little. I hate the word Web 2.0 but my eyes love the colors of the new blogs and websites. Just change the colors a little bit otherwise looks good !

Plenty of useful information but a bit low on glamour. You're giving people advice on starting a website. Content is always important but look is too

People like shiny mall displays.

As an example of how lazy and fickle website visitors are, because you didn't link the site in your post I, and the average user, will not be bother to go to the effort of copying and pasting etc.

He doesn't speak for us all. I don't have a problem with copy and pasting a link into a browser window - no big deal.

Very simple design. You're doing what the big guys (Goole, Ebay, Amazon) all do - use a lot of white space! I actually prefer sites like this than sites that abuse the usage of color. This is very easy to read.

The only thing i didn't like is the Forum - Those blue/purple colors just don't work with your design. Change that to a shade of red and you're good to go!

Good luck!

Very nice simple design with lots of useful information on it. But those blue/purple colors of the forum isn't matching well with your design. Change that to a shade of red or some darker one.
