Im getting a playlist error on the music thing
I like the site overall. Just get rid of that RED ERROR MESSAGE on the music player that makes it look unprofessional, and you'll be good to go. Nice job

I didn't know skulls were "emo"... How about you change the heart out for a dead bird.. THAT would be emo.

Better yet put a custom design there that is relative to what your site does.

I left a comment on the site itself (as there were currently no comments and I thought it would make your site look busier) but it doesn't appear to have been accepted. The feedback I provided was genuine, and in no way mocking your blog.

You have a playlist of songs that automatically play everytime I load a page on your site. The playlist doesnt appear to be random so it is the same song starting over and over again everytime I view a new page (when it doesnt return an error that is).

Everyone of your visitors will have a different taste in music and by blasting your sh1te dance music you run the risk of scaring visitors away Unless you can find music that appeals to every one of your visitors I personally feel that the music should not auto play.

If I want to listen to music whilst browsing the internet I will load iTunes or Windows Media Player, heck I might even pop a CD on if Im feeling retro. I wouldn't go to your site purely for the music so I really dont understand why it is there?

The only exception for music being allowed to autoplay would be on a major international musicians website, and even then it should have an easy-to-spot OFF button, and it should only auto-play on the homepage.

That is the one reason I hate myspace, every page I viewed has music autoplaying and it is always crap that I dont want to listen to

Your blog looks really cool and I enjoyed reading through it but if I have to keep turning the music off on every page I view it would eventually drive me away to find a less noisy blog

Please don't be offended by this, I am trying to provide constructive criticism to help improve a site that looks like it has potential.

An after thought - if your reason for adding the music was some kind of mechanism for making your visitors want to come back, some form of entertainment that they will remember, then why not change the music to some online flash games?

They wouldnt interfere with the main design of the site, and could even help you build a community if you could have a "Top Scores" table. If a user plays an online flash game and makes a top score have them enter there email address to submit the score.

That's one more email address you could send out a newsletter too, or you could inform them automatically by email if somebody beats there top score. That could be all you need in order to pull that person back to your site for a second visit

Cheers, Wil

I like the site. Very clean and simple although the music player works only on occassion. How effective is the code? Has anyone used the link exchange tool?

Very clean and simple looking site. I like that heart shaped logo. Some information is really helpful for newbies. Just get rid of that music and add some more vibrant colors to brighten your site.

Just another blog to me. Nothing unique either.

Do you have legal rights to put that music on there?
