I like it

Nice clean design. My only suggestion would be with regards to the header. I find the title a little difficult to read due to the colours clashing. Could you try using a different shae of orange, or making the grey not quite so dark?

Other than that it looks nice... good layout too. Good luck

Very nice. The only 'but' is header... I think you need to put some neat graphics there or at least change color of text, because it's a little bit difficult to read orange on gray gradient. But in general it's fine, keep working in that direction! Good luck!

I like the two narrows columns on the right as well as the nice integration of the google ads.

I would suggest that you apply some graphical text effect to the header title. There are some Photoshop text effect tutorials here.

I know you want live text for SEO purposes. But you can still acheive the same with image replacement techniques.

I update the content of my site very frequently and as all suggested i have reduced google Ads also so that only relevant ads can be displayed there.
lets see how much PR i get when google updates( supposed to be in first week of july)

I have launced the site 3 weeks back only. I am working on a unique tool. I will provide the features of the tool free of cost.
other than this i update the contetnt very frequently.
