Validate your site, mate. You have some serious HTML errors in there that may cause accessibility problems in some less forgiving browsers. Also change your font color. Most people who are interested in the topic would wear glasses and may find it difficult to read grey on white background.

Yep! Try to make the code to be w3c compliant. Test it in firefox, because it has some positioning bugs. Afterwards, pay attentions to your links, because the long ones ruin your site's structure (link here). And try to add some colors in it.

I like the concept but as others have pointed out you need to tidy up your HTML/XHTML.
When starting your code the first thing required is a DOCTYPE declaration to tell browsers what version of HTML/XHTML you are using. Judging by the fact that you are closing meta tags in the head section it would seem that you are trying to use XHTML.
To run your code through the W3C validator go to http://validator.w3.org/detailed.html. I just did this with your site and the first thing that was noted was no DOCTYPE, there is a lot of information for you here that will put you on the right track.
