Yeah, that looks good. Your success depends on the quality of your writing. With the number one sport in the United States, everybody thinks they're an expert. You have to prove you really are one.
Yes, the site looks good in Firefox, but in Internet Explorer 6, all the right column material, including your logo, appears below the text, though still on the right. I tried it in several screen resolutions and font sizes. The columns might be too wide, or the CSS needs to float and clear differently.
Your font sizes don't scale in Internet Explorer. You should try to use a CSS stylesheet with sizes defined in percentages or ems, not in pixels.
I really liked your picture, until I saw that it was the same on each entry. You might want to leave it off unless you have other reporters/bloggers working with you. Then you would have more than one picture on the blog, instead of you you you each time.
Is somebody going to sue you for using those NFL photos? But they really look professional.
Wonderful integration of ads and stories. I don't feel cheapened by the ads at all. I feel you respect your readers.
