I have set up my new blog with forum only yesterday and have added three articles to start with. The forum has yet to take off. I would welcome the views. You may also consider joining.

I'd love to review it, but your blog has been identified as "Potentially Damaging Content" by my AntiVirus. Any reason for that to happen?

There is no virus over there, not to my knowledge at least. Probably the warning is due to Google Analytics code trying to install the tracking cooki. If you have installed Avast antivirus, probably you would get the warning. May be few other antivirus software would also take it the same way. I have checked it by removing the analytics code. If it is not there, warning does not appear. However, to be on the safer side, I will check with my host as well.

I like the simplicity but it might be too simple. It's missing separation and the typography isn't the greatest

Try changing your p, h2

Code:

p {
    margin: 0 0 15px;
}

h2 {
    font-size: 13px;
    font-weight: bold;


}

to

Code:

p {
    margin: 0 0 20px;
}

h2 {
    font-size: 21px;
    font-weight: bold;


}

also, try adding a

Code:

line-height: 1.2em or 1.3em;

to the body because your text needs some separation

Those are just a few of my thoughts. Hope it helps

Note: A line-height of 1.3em - 1.6em is usually ideal for most sites.

I found it simple and it has easy navigation through all pages with unique and simple CSS.

Thanks. I had made some changes in the header to give it a bit of color. I know it is still quite simple. I shall think of more and try to fit in with my poor knowledge of web designing.

Looks great. But one suggestion, avoid using too many ad units unless you have good traffic. it might shoo away interested visitors. why play a movie without any audience, right?

Thanks a lot, Josh. There were only two ads on every page but I value your suggestion. You are right. I have liked the phrase and removed the ad from sidebar. Now each page has only one ad towards the bottom.

The Ads (which seem to be in two places still) are quite overpowering. It seems to illigitmize the blog for me, since the ads aren't great targets of what your doing. Are you creating this blog as a source of ad income or to send a particular message?

Primary idea of the blog is to send the message and also inspire others to share their views and knowledge. I would not deny that adsense income is yet another purpose, which is secondary though, at least for now till the blog gears up. After all everyone needs money. However, taking your suggestion I have removed adsense from the sidebar but left the one at the bottom as it is. Now every page has just one ad at the bottom. Two small square ads in the sidebar lead to my own sites and are not the affiliate types.
