Hello Pankaj, The general layout of your site looks OK to me.

I appreciate the fact that English is probably your second language, but at least on the home page your grammar has to be perfect-ie "It's almost 8 months have passed of Genesis framework"

The ads on the top right were showing irrelevent content-tenant background check?

Also, who's Amy? Whenever I go to a site and a hot girl wants to talk to me it always makes me suspicious.

Then I got a popup about a private message, I clicked on it and was redirected to another website. Noone will come back to a site that uses deceptive practices.

Also I was worried about that "Amy" ad. I have contacted advertising site for removing that ad, but it was unknown to me that its giving popups!
I've removed that CPM network from site, probably u will not get offensive ads again. Please check it...

Yes, the site looks alot better without the "Amy" ad. And I don't understand how I even got a popup because my browser has a popup blocker.

I understand that English is a difficult language to learn, I've been speaking it since I was 2, and I still have to go back and correct errors.

And your English is not terrible, it's just that when you're dealing with a serious subject like "making money online" you have to be taken seriously, and to do that you need perfect grammar. If you have some friends that could help you it would be worth exchanging some favors maybe.

I reviewed a website about Bollywood awhile ago, he didn't have to have perfect English because Bollywood is not a serious subject, It may have even added to the charm a little.

So good luck, and btw, is that Justhost ad your affiliate link? I was considering switching to them, and if I do so, it will be through your ad link.

I love the thesis theme but i think you need a nice header design and maybe some nice thumbnail images for each post to spice up the site a little.

Your blog seems quite nice to me and content is also good but i agree with the others that you need an interesting header and some kind of logo for your blog so that visitors get attracted in first sight.

The layout is very good. But i wouldn't put that subscribe to list-email thing at the bottom of the page, even with the option to never show it anymore.
