I don't think that WP theme fits with your niche, to be honest.

I know that theme, I used for a short period of time, I like it, but as "dWhite" said, that theme don't fit your content. Maybe you consider choosing another one.

I agree with dwhite, the current theme looks too unprofessional, otherwise its a new blog and you have to go long way.
