Content is good.
Ads are also blended nicely.
Mybloglog code is also there.

You can join blogcatalog.com too.
For template I think you will have to choose it yourself but you will find many good ones when you search for "blogspot templates" or "blogger templates"

The color is very warm to eyes, lots of information/posts. If I were you don't change your theme I like those who are pretty simple theme.

You are using one of the default blogger themes this makes the blog look cheap. You should get a professional theme and get a logo for the blog.

Well, I don't know what your blog traffic and adsense conversion rates are, but the links are the proper category content that should give first glancers an option to find content that relates to them. Put an advanced, free stuff, or hot new links box up on the banner to direct people who know the site and don't want to scroll past googlesense for fun.

otherwise clean, but looks Blogger there is no doubt.

Consider buying yourself a domain name! It would add an additional level of professionalism and only cost about $10/year
