Hey all, I have a two week old blog that I would like some advice on. I have been playing around with a few elements and I want to know what you think I should do.

Should I leave the Sphinn button (added today)?
Should I add/remove other social bookmarking buttons?
Would it be seen negatively if I add a free report/newsletter section below my RSS section?
Should I re-enable gravatars even though only about half of people use Gravatar?
