Yes I agree this blog does not say business it says project or hobby. Is this the customer service feedback part of a bigger professional web site or presence for this business? Give the viewer a little more to go on understanding what they are seeing.
Most people don't use a blog to work the web for their business unless it is attached to a larger corporate or right angled sales site. Mayeb I am just used to that. Put somethign New York in there too, for New Yorkers to get it, like a big apple.
