A well phrased introductory paragraph on your landing/home page. I like the arrangement of the elements in combination with the color scheme. Simple, functional, elegant - by design. Yours. Since there is not a lot to the site yet, I read it all. Your bio further developed my expectations of greatness. Keep your coding clean and your designs lean; you'll load fastest and live longest that way.

Thank you both for your views,
I aimed for a clean layout with defined areas.
Im currently working a few weeks worth of articles, hoping to post 2-3 a week.

The site has a simple layout and design but still looks nice. I like the articles you wrote. They have good content and interesting to read.

Certainly. At the moment your only blog post is an introduction to the site. Most sites need an intro right up front (your about page will suffice), and since this one is new it's working fine. Keep up with the blog posts similar to the way you are keeping us up-to-date in this forum. Ask for suggestions for articles. Ask for feedback. Add a "threaded comment" script so you have an on-going forum-like interactive community of subscribers rather than a simple response/comment section.

The proof of my final statement is the fact that I am subscribed to this thread and have returned to the site.

Yes, It is kind of plain, I think I may be on the wrong side of the line that sperates clean and Simple Or Bland and Boring.

I'd want to have a shiny new banner (try abstract art) to look more in line with rest of the site (nice design there). In the single post page, add some padding to the orange heading at the top. Perhaps repositioning the commentluvenabled checkbox inside the comment div, just below submit comment would look better.

I do like the cleanliness, but I wish there was a little pop of color to interest you. Good content in posts though =D.
