Looks fine and good.
Everything set well. But the 120x600 banner of google ad is touching the extreme right sidebar, does not look that good.

If mybloglog is getting you traffic, then let is remain.. or just keep the google ads.

They are both generating $ though not so big $ but at least they make $.
If you were me what are you going to do to the sidebar?

I would remove both and place the standard 160 x 600 google ad

I think the site is great. I am curious to know how huge the traffic is accumulating in your site everyday. It seems very attractive to visitors in all walks of life. It's well done. Congratulations!!

I think the blog has no problem at all except to the arrangement of the sidebar, which caught my attention and the rest are all good....

Nice and clean. however, I noticed that in Firefox the Join Forum button overlaps the search box and the first few letters are not visible when typing in. but is okay in IE.

I would take out the 'top spots' and the animated advertisements that are distracting.

the blog roll is overlapping the google ads not too big of a deal though. Other then that nice job. Pretty straight forward.

Design wise, your blog is very attractive. I like the color scheme and the layout for the most part. As someone mentioned previously, your sidebar does not contain the MyBlogLog and Adsense widgets very well. It looks goofy, to be honest.

As far as content goes, I'm not a big fan of many of your posts. They seem to be rambling more than anything and there is no real topic of conversation. I don't find it useful unless it is a personal thing for only friends and family.

Good layout and good colors. Generally, it looks like a solid site/blog. Two things stood out to me. Firstly, the design itself, primarily the header. There's nothing wrong with using the template, but it's becoming a popular one. I'd suggest modifying it some more, perhaps even by altering the colors. Secondly, the good adsense banner (verticle) stands out because it's pushing between both columns.
