Site: Olympic Games 2008 News

This site is not really public yet, still under construction.
This is mostly like a prototype.

Is all the whitespace bad in your opinion? Should I add more colours? remove as much whitespace as possible? What should I have as a background?

Do you have any logo suggestions? Do I need any?

Any suggestions for page titles, that does not sound like I am directly associated with the Olympic Organization (since they are suing right and left) and is somewhat different from the other olympic blogs out there, yet is a good SEO title?

I love the Olympics so nice work. Loved the background.

I am going to guess you have some trademark restrictions, but I would try to incorporate the olympic colors more, maybe the rings if possible. Another possibility may be using colors representing China.

Please change the font color so it has a defined color. Currently it is default and the user can make your font color any one they want.

Nice and clean blog, maybe the font is to small its a bit hard to read.

The background concept of rainbow is good..........but as you know....Olympic is a bunch of games that plays by different peoples from around the world........so design should have the impression...means adding color on the design...!!

Put some colors on the each section, so that it comes out more beautiful....rest I m agree with mark !!

Your web header should make a long and lasting impression. You do need to add more colours, but you do need to keep the whitespace in the main body of your website. You need to incorporate some pictures definately into your site. The olympics games has many competitors of which will produce hundreds of pictures.

What you need to ask yourself, is why people will visit your site over the official olympics games website. What will your site offer differently?
